Special Sections are mainly featured in the Sakshi Family part. Sakshi Family is the most interesting part of this paper and also what makes it stand out much better than other telugu news papers or even English news papers in South India.
Sakshi Family paper has 8 pages featuring different sections on different pages. Though this section appears mostly sided towards women it is mainly for the whole family entertainment.
